Esprit de Corps

NPS KRM had the privilege of organizing and hosting the 3rd edition of Esprit De Corps Badminton Tournament and the 2nd edition of the Throwball Tournament on 26th August 2025. Grade 11 students, from across NPS sister schools, participated in mixed- doubles badminton while Grade 3 students played the mixed throwball tournament.

The day-long tournament followed a knockout format for Throwball and double-knockout format for Badminton, allowing teams a second chance even after losing one match. Thus, facilitating a fair and engaging competition.

Seven NPS schools took part in the throwball tournament, they were NPS-KRM, NPS-HSR, NPS-RNR, NPS-INR, NPS-I-Mysore, NAFL- B and NAFL - North.

Six NPS schools took part in the badminton tournament, they were NPS-KRM, NPS-RNR, NPS-INR, NPS-RNR, NPS-GPR and NPS-I-Mysore.

The Badminton Tournament concluded with a thrilling set of final matches and the results were as follows
Winners: NPS Indiranagar
Runners up: NPS Mysore

The Throwball Tournament concluded with an exciting match between the Winning team, NPS Mysore, and the Runners -Up team, NAFL B.

Additionally, certificates of participation were awarded to all students who took part in the tournament. The Esprit de Corps Tournament was a tremendous success, achieving its objectives of promoting sportsmanship, unity, and healthy competition within our school community.
