TEDxYouth@NPSKRM 2026

NPS Koramangala proudly hosted the fourth edition of TEDxYouth@NPSKRM on 8th August 2026 under the inspiring theme Adapt.Advance.Achieve., which explored the importance of agility in a rapidly changing world. The student-led event, anchored with grace and confidence by Grade 12 students Aditi Jalan and Prachi Nagar, set the stage for an afternoon of thought-provoking ideas, diverse perspectives, and meaningful conversations.

The lineup of speakers brought together voices from diverse fields, each offering a unique perspective on adapting to change while remaining grounded in one’s values and purpose. Ms. Sarika Naik, Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer at Capgemini and a member of the Group Executive Committee, spoke about making oneself their own benchmark and highlighted that true adaptation lies in discovering new paths and redefining the goals we strive towards.

Ms. Paroma Chatterjee, CEO of Revolut, shared insights on navigating an increasingly technology-driven world. Drawing from her experience in India’s evolving fintech landscape, she explored the transformative role of technology and artificial intelligence and highlighted the importance of remaining agile and open to continual learning.

Next, Ms. Purnima Valiathan, a pioneer in Learning Experience Design and Instructional Design and a mentor at ID Mentors, emphasized that adaptation should never come at the cost of one’s ethics, values, or integrity. Her message stressed the importance of evolving while remaining firmly rooted in one’s principles.

Adding an artistic dimension to the event, Saanvi Lalwani, a Grade 11 student, delivered a captivating Bharatanatyam performance that brought together tradition, discipline, and expression. Suhani Agarwal, a Grade 12 student, then presented her clothing initiative, Rewoven, which addresses the contradiction between clothing waste and material poverty. She highlighted how small, community-led efforts can give unused clothes a second life while reducing their environmental impact.

The session concluded with Dr. Rwituja Thomas, a DHA-licensed ophthalmologist, who spoke on “Our Blind Spots.” She explored how challenging experiences can challenge our assumptions and become opportunities for learning, while highlighting how AI can assist doctors without replacing the trust and human connection at the heart of patient care.

The event concluded with a sincere vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the speakers, performer, student speakers, organizers, teachers, and audience whose collective efforts brought the fourth edition of TEDxYouth@NPSKRM to life.

TEDxYouth@NPSKRM 2026 was more than a platform for Ideas Worth Spreading; it was a celebration of the courage to evolve, the willingness to embrace uncertainty, and the ability to transform change into opportunity. Through diverse voices and experiences, the event reminded us that in a world defined by constant change, progress belongs to those who learn to move with it. It truly brought to life the spirit of Adapt.Advance.Achieve.
