Grade 5 visit - Vidhana Soudha

Grade 5 students embarked on an educational excursion to the magnificent Vidhana Soudha, the seat of the state legislature of Karnataka on 14th august 2025. The primary objective of the trip was to provide students with a first-hand experience of the state's political and architectural heritage.

Upon arrival, the students were immediately captivated by the grandeur of Vidhana Soudha's architecture. The students then proceeded to the Assembly Hall, the focal point of the visit. The guide provided a detailed explanation of how legislative meetings are conducted, the roles of the Speaker and members, and the process of lawmaking. The session was made interactive with a quick General Knowledge round, where students eagerly answered questions about the state government and its functions. This engaging activity not only reinforced their learning but also sparked their curiosity about civics and governance.
